Psyllium Husk 

(Plantago ovata) 400mg pure powdered husk

A bulking herb with high levels of fibre which becomes highly gelatinous with liquid. The effect when taken is to swell and draw fluid into the husks. Many find the herb useful when incorporated into a calorie controlled diet. It is also nutritious, containing high levels of fatty acids. Should be taken with lots of water and is quite safe for anyone. Goes well with Chamomile Flowers.
